Shipping Policy:

Skyparrow offers free shipping on all orders. There are no additional charges for shipping your products.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies based on destination and shipping method selected. We strive to ensure your order reaches you within the specified timeframe.
  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided for all orders, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

Skyparrow offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service, enabling you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

  • No Additional Charges: There are no extra charges for COD. You only pay the total order amount mentioned during checkout.
  • Serviceable Areas: COD is available within specified serviceable areas. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you via email/phone.
  • Payment: Ensure you have the exact amount in cash ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel may not be able to provide change.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Skyparrow aims to ensure customer satisfaction with a flexible return and exchange policy.

  • Return/Exchange Window: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can initiate a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • Process: Contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate a return or exchange. They will guide you through the process and provide necessary instructions.
  • Criteria: Skyparrow reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the products do not meet the above criteria.
  • Size Exchange: If you received the wrong product or it’s unfit to your size, you can exchange your size of product within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to info@skyparrow.com for approval. Return the package to our store address within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Condition: Return products in the same condition as shipped. No exchange will be provided for used or washed products.
  • Courier Delivery: We do not provide pickup services for exchange orders. Arrange for courier delivery to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the order:

  • Defective/Incorrect Products: Report any defective or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery. Send pictures and videos to info@skyparrow.com.
  • No Double Exchanges/Refunds: Once an exchange has been completed and delivered, no further actions such as double exchanges or refunds will be applicable to that order.
  • Customer Support: Contact our customer support team at info@skyparrow.com for any issues. Queries will be resolved between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Reverse Pickup Service:

We don’t offer reverse pickup service. Customers need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Packaging: Securely pack items to avoid loss or damage during transit. Clearly mention the ORDER ID, registered mobile number, and email ID on the packaging. We do not accept damaged or open packages from courier services.
  • Unused Condition: All items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Return Pickup Cost: In the case of wrong order/size issues, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return pickup for the old parcel.
