Shipping Policy:

Skyparrow offers free shipping on all orders. This means that you don't have to pay any additional charges for shipping your products.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. However, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you within the specified timeframe.

We provide tracking information for your order so that you can easily monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

Skyparrow offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service, which means you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery. You only need to pay the total order amount mentioned during the checkout process.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the specified serviceable areas. If your location is not serviceable for COD, we will inform you during the checkout process.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery, please make sure that you have the exact amount in cash ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel may not be able to provide change.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Skyparrow has a flexible exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can initiate a exchange within 2 days of delivery.

It is necessary to take 360-degree parcel opening video when the customer gets the parcel, we will not entertain any of the complaints without the 360-degree parcel opening video

A delivery fee of Rs. 200 per item will be deducted at the time of exchange.

The customer needs to pay the delivery fees through online payment methods only, we can not collect it through cash on delivery.

Customers can exchange their item with any of our store products. (Subject to availability of stock)

The returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Any complaints which are raised, will be resolved within 2 Working days from the date created. (It can be take more time in some cases)

Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected and delivered back to our warehouse.

To initiate a  exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Please note that Skyparrow reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the products do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
